What is Korean BBQ?
Korean BBQ, or gogi-gui, is a unique dining experience where you grill meats like bulgogi, galbi, or samgyeopsal right at your table—just the way you like it.
The Experience
Enjoy interactive grilling, customizable flavors, and a variety of banchan (side dishes) such as kimchi, pickled veggies, and Korean salads that complete every meal.

An amazing experience, the food was exceptional with variety of flavors that kept on coming. Staff were attentive and made the night a great success a true gem to be found in Broome

Kudos to the crew at Soju for delivering a brand-new Korean dining experience for the people and visitors of Broome, and the first charcoal BBQ restaurant in town.
Opening night was awesome yesterday, kicking off with a warm welcome and tutorials on the bill o’ fare, followed by a scrumptious and plentiful meal supported by a very attentive Soju crew.
We will certainly be coming back.
This is a great option for everything from a family gathering or an outing with mates to a date to impress that special someone.

Came in on opening night, food was AAAmazing, service was incredible i didn't even have to ask for things it was amazing how quick they are. 100% will come back Thx guys

Our tables are set up ideally for 4 person or 6 people, we can add an extra chair or two but if it's a larger group we do have some tables close together, just give us a call we are more than helpful.

Interactive Cooking: Diners are provided with raw ingredients and grill them at their table, making it a fun and engaging experience. This allows for customisation in terms of cooking time and flavor. Our beef is F1 Wagyu this refers to first generation crossbred Wagyu cattle, a cross between a Full-Blood Wagyu (100% Wagyu genetics) and a non-Wagyu breed cattlelike Angus, resulting in beef that is 50% Wagyu and 50% another breed. While it has more marbling than traditional beef, it has less of the intense marbling and buttery texture of higher-generation Wagyu, making it a balance of Wagyu flavor and a firmer texture.
